Eli Lilly To Acquire Icos

Icos Corp. (ICOS) will be acquired by Eli Lilly & Co. (LLY) for approximately $2.1 billion. Shares of Icos surged $4.38 to close at $31.50 while Eli Lilly stock eased 11 cents to close at $57.55.
