Millennium To Buy AnorMed
Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MLNM) will pay $525 million in cash to acquire AnorMed Inc. (ANOR). Shares of Millennium held steady to close at $10.15 while AnorMed stock leaped $2.79 to close at $12.74.
