The supply chain management software provider Click Commerce Inc. (CKCM) was snapped up by Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) for $292 million. Shares of the supply chain management software provider soared $4.59 to close at $22.54 while the stock price of Illinois Tool Works eased 4 cents to close at $44.13.
