IBM To Buy Internet Security

International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) will acquire Internet Security Systems Inc. (ISSX) in $1.3 billion cash deal. Shares of IBM eased 28 cents to close at $78.67 while Internet Security stock surged $1.62 to close at $27.62.
