Dell Discontinues Ditty Player

SanDisk Corp. (SNDK) stock got a boost after Dell Inc. (DELL) announced that it will no longer sell its Ditty MP3 players which compete against a SanDisk product. Shares of SanDisk climbed $2.36 to close at $53.01 while Dell stock edged up 14 cents to close at $21.78.
