Three Herley Facilities Suspended

The U. S. Government suspended three of Herley Industries Inc.'s (HRLY) manufacturing facilities from receiving contracts while legal proceedings are pursued against the company and former chairman Lee N. Blatt for defrauding the government. The stock price plunged $5.19 to close at $10.06.
