Jabil Disappoints

Jabil Circuit Inc. (JBL) fell a penny short of expectations to report third quarter earnings of 30 cents per share compared with 29 cents per share a year earlier. The company also announced job cuts and plant closures to reduce expenses. Shares of the circuit board maker eased 69 cents to close at $24.79.
