Lower Margins For Xyratex

Although second quarter earnings for Xyratex Ltd. (XRTX) more than doubled to 83 cents per share from 38 cents per share in the year ago period, shares of the network and computer storage system maker dropped $1.94 to close at $26.46 on lower margins.
