Analysts Question Marvell's Acquisition

Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (MRVL) extended its losses from yesterday as analysts questioned the wisdom of the company's $600 million cash purchase of Intel Corp.'s (INTC) division that makes processors for handheld devices. Shares of Marvell lost $1.82 to close at $42.32 while Intel stock gained 61 cents to close at $18.66.
