Longhouse Hospitality To Buy Jameson Inns

Jameson Inns Inc. (JAMS) will be acquired for $181 million in cash by Longhouse Hospitality, an affiliate of real estate investment firm J.E. Robert Companies. Shares of Jameson climbed 56 cents to close at $2.85.
