Class Action Lawsuit Announced Against UnitedHealth

A class action lawsuit has been announced by the Law Offices of Charles J. Piven, P. A. against UnitedHealth Group Inc. (UNH) for issuing false and misleading statements which artificially inflated the stock price. Shares of UnitedHealth tumbled $1.28 to close at $43.80.
