RF Micro Devices Slashes Losses

RF Micro Devices Inc. (RFMD) slashed its fourth quarter loss to a penny per share from losses of 34 cents per share in the year ago period as revenue surged. Analysts upgraded the chipmaker sending the stock price up $1.16 to close at $9.44.
