TempurPedic Posts Higher Earnings

TempurPedic International Inc. (TPX) reported higher third quarter earnings of 49 cents per share compared with 34 cents per share in the year ago period to surpass estimates and lifted its full year outlook. Shares of the mattress maker rose 36 cents to close at $34.04.
