Enzo's Patent Suit Dismissed

Enzo Biochem Inc. (ENZ) filed an appeal after it lost a ruling to Applied Biosystems Group (ABI)to recover damages from three patents. Shares of Enzo plummeted $5.21 to close at $12.56 while Applied Biosystems stock eased 19 cents to close at $32.02.
