C-COR To Be Acquired

C-COR Inc. (CCBL) will be acquired by Arris Group Inc. (ARRS) for approximately $730 million in cash and stock. Shares of C-COR surged $2.14 to close at $12.02 while Arris stock tumbled $2.28 to close at $11.98.
