Steelcase's Forecast Disappoints

While first quarter earnings for Steelcase Inc. (SCS) surged to 23 cents per share from 12 cents per share a year earlier, the office furniture maker forecast second quarter results below expectations sending the stock price down $1.23 to close at $18.58.
