Quantum Fuel Raises $18.75 Million

Shares of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. (QTWW) tumbled 42 cents to close at $1.67 after the maker of hybrid vehicle systems raised $18.75 million in a private offering.
