Earnings Drop For Volt Information

Volt Information Sciences Inc. (VOL) blamed project delays and higher costs for second quarter earnings that fell to 28 cents per share from 39 cents per share a year earlier. Shares of the staffing company plummeted $3.99 to close at $21.41.
