Cal Dive To Acquire Horizon Offshore

Horizon Offshore Inc. (HOFF) agreed to be acquired by Cal Dive International Inc. (DVR) for approximately $628 million in cash and stock. Shares of Horizon rose $1.69 to close at $18.64 while Cal Dive stock eased 48 cents to close at $15.52.
