Earnings Surge For Warnaco

Warnaco Group Inc. (WRNC) reported first quarter earnings that more than doubled to 82 cents per share from 30 cents per share last year as sales surged prompting the apparel maker to lift its full year forecast. The stock price surged $3.80 to close at $31.79.
