Sykes Offers Upbeat Forecast

Fourth quarter earnings for Sykes Enterprises Inc. (SYKE) slipped to 20 cents per share from 22 cents per share in the year ago period but the company guided first quarter results above expectations. The stock price soared $3.67 to close at $19.49.
