Moog To Acquire Zevex

On Friday, Zevex International Inc. (ZVXI) announced that the company will be acquired by Moog Inc. (MOG.A) for approximately $83.8 million. Shares of Zevex surged $3.39 to close at $12.76 while Moog stock lost 54 cents to close at $37.31.
