KLA-Tencor To Buy Therma-Wave

Therma-Wave Inc. (TWAV) agreed to be acquired by KLA-Tencor Corp. (KLAC) for $75 million. Shares of Therma-Wave surged 36 cents to close at $1.61 while KLA-Tencor stock rose 42 cents to close at $50.57.
