Statoil To Acquire Norsk

Norsk Hydro ASA (NHY) will be acquired by Statoil ASA (STO) for approximately $30 billion. Shares of Norsk surged $4.70 to close at $29.55 while Statoil stock eased 89 cents to close at $26.74.
