Encysive Continues To Fall

Shares of Encysive Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ENCY) continued to fall over concerns that the FDA's slow review of the company's lung condition treatment would allow rivals to get to market first. The stock price fell 28 cents to close at $4.21.
