Navteq To Buy Traffic.com

Traffic.com Inc. (TRFC) will be bought by Navteq Corp. (NVT) in a cash and stock deal worth approximately $179 million. Shares of Traffic.com jumped $1.25 to close at $7.40 while Navteq stock lost 91 cents to close at $31.28.
