Oracle To Buy MetaSolv

Oracle Corp. (ORCL) will pay more than $219 million to purchase MetaSolv Inc. (MSLV). Shares of MetaSolv surged 69 cents to close at $4.01 while Oracle stock edged up 17 cents to $19.15.
