Internap To Buy VitalStream

VitalStream Holdings Inc. (VSTH) was snapped up by Internap Network Services Corp. (INAP) for $217 million. Shares of VitalStream surged $1.27 to close at $7.67 while Internap stock tumbled $1.64 to close at $15.41.
