Gilead Offers $2.5 Billion For Myogen

Myogen Inc. (MYOG) received a $2.5 billion offer from Gilead Sciences Inc. (GILD). Shares of Myogen surged $16.36 to close at $51.44 while Gilead stock tumbled $4.49 to close at $64.28.
