Merge CEO, CFO Resign

Shares of Merge Technologies Inc. (MRGE) plummeted $4.96 to $7.35 after announcing that due to improper accounting practices, the company must restate all financial reports from 2002 through 2005. Both the company interim chief executive and chief financial officer resigned.
